1. Program description
BT Studios Production Notifications sends operational production messages to crew, talent, and production partners who have asked to receive them. Messages cover booking confirmations, call times, location and parking details, schedule changes, and wrap notices.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotions, offers, or advertising over text.
2. How to opt in
Text START to (781) 475-7018 from the mobile number you want us to use. You have to text us first. We do not add anyone who has not texted the number themselves, and we do not import numbers from lists, forms, or third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being hired, booked, engaged, or paid by BT Studios. If you would rather we use email or a phone call, tell us and we will.
3. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

6. Delivery and liability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. BT Studios is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and wireless carriers are not liable either. Text messages are a convenience, not the record of record. If a message matters to your work on a production and you have not received it, contact us. You agree to notify us if the mobile number you gave us changes or is no longer yours.
